For half-day (3-hour) mediations:

Each additional party:   $350

For full-day (7-hour) mediations:

2 parties:                       $3500

Each additional party:     $400

HST is payable on all rates. Rates include all preparation time, regardless of the number of hours spent in preparation, but do not include room rental fees, telephone and/or meal charges, if any.

Also, please note that we are happy to attend mediations outside the Greater Toronto Area, but travel time and other charges may apply. Please contact us for further details.

Cancellation Policy

​

Mediation cancelled 30 days or more prior to the mediation -

  Full day - no charge
  Half day - no charge

Mediation cancelled less than 30 days prior to the mediation -
  Full day - 50% of mediation fee
  Half day - 50% of mediation fee

Mediation cancelled 7 days or less prior to the mediation -

  Full price plus non-cancellable disbursements
